BECOME A COrporate Member

Become a corporate member and invest in red squirrels through our Friends of the Red Squirrel Red Squirrel Corporate Membership scheme.

Memberships are critical to us, providing ongoing funding support that is helping us to help reds. Corporate membership is an effective way to demonstrate that your company is both active in the community and sensitive to wildlife issues. It helps you to engage and inspire your employees, customers, and stakeholders by demonstrating your commitment to a worthwhile cause.

It doesn’t have to cost a lot and offers fantastic returns, helping to increase the profile of your business and showing that your company cares and is keen to invest in red squirrels, one of the UK’s most beloved, endangered and high-profile species.

We have three tiers of membership, depending on the level of support you feel is right for you:

  • Bronze £250 per year + VAT
  • Silver £500 per year + VAT
  • Gold £1000 per year + VAT

As a Red Squirrel Corporate Member you will be helping us to:

-Ensure the survival of red squirrels in northern England

-Carry out practical action to protect reds

-Provide advice and guidance on habitat restoration to benefit red squirrels and increase biodiversity in our woodlands

-Empower communities to take ownership of local red squirrel conservation

-Encourage people to connect with and value red squirrels, nature and the outdoors

-Provide people with new skills to better equip them to help reds

-Provide an overview of red squirrel conservation across the north, knitting together the efforts of landowners, managers and hundreds of passionate volunteers

-Better understand red squirrels, where they are found and how they are responding to conservation through good science

-Communicate the plight of red squirrels through social media, publications and through local community talks and events

-Collaborate with partner organisations to ensure there is a targeted, joined up approach to our collective work
